This was our first RV experience. So we have many unknowns. We had issues because LPG ran out in second day. It was supposed to last for 7 days. We could find public showers near by and also room heaters that helped us to sleep at night. Elmonte reimbursed the cost for heaters and showers promptly. Overall the experience was good. Though we had some inconvenience in our stay, 5 stars is for the customer service. We are happy overall that it worked out well.

The rv is not that good thh. The main ac works only from the generator and it hardly helps if you stay in a wild. Now in August that was a huge inconvenience. Also it is very noisy. Also the whole car is very noisy while moving. Overall experience is fine

The back right tire looked low on pickup. When asked about it i was told it was fine. I asked the tire pressure to be checked. It was lot and had a nail in it. The tire had to be changed. Online booking says the radio has Bluetooth. But on pickup they said only some of them have Bluetooth.
