I too received the $500 promotion flyer in the mail I came up this past Sunday and realize there was no promotion but the young man behind the service desk was very professional ,kind, and apologetic. And he also took my players card and download free play on it for me which I ended up winning so wasn’t a bad day after all! I definitely will be back been going there for many years some days I leave a winner other days not so much but it’s always a good experience!
when there's issue they are very professional and take care if it they make u feel welcomed they did there best to help me with the mistake of the promotions and did accomadate the best they could thanks Amy Andy casey drew
