Pretty clean facility, had a great time getting my teeth fixed after they got knocked out. glad they don’t hire domestic abusers, oh wait they do! So if you want to get your teeth and your clock cleaned look no further!
Mostly friendly and helpful staff except for the fact that they allow criminals to work there. Assaulting someone in front of children is disgusting however they do allow that here so if that’s fine by you then by all means it’s a great place to go. I went to the front desk to have an appointment set and next thing I know one of the employees jumped up and kicked me in the mouth. Also the staff is slightly racist.

Their work doesn’t last long!! My bridge came out, my husband’s filling came out several times. They told my husband I had mental issues because they insisted I made an appointment at 8:00 am when he knows I would Never make an appointment that early, I live 45 minutes away and babysit grandchildren in the morning. They shouldn’t have talked to him about my appointment period !!!! Now I can’t be seen and I’m missing teeth

Had an appointment scheduled to fix a tooth for 3 weeks . Arrive and wait an hour then told they were already behind didn’t have time to fix the tooth. I wasted my time
I’ve had lots of dental work done at Elements Dental in Johnstown, and have spent thousands of dollars! Today I went in for a painful tooth and discovered that I had a $397 balance from 2019! The reason for the balance was because of a “typo” due to their staff, and I was never notified of this balance until today!!! I’m not one to not pay my bills, and paid the balance despite it not being my fault! I won’t return the Elements Dental for the simple fact that I don’t tolerate inadequacies! Especially in this field!!
