The whole experience from start to finish was like I was talking to a friend not just a doctor. It was amazingly quick. I turned in everything to the state myself and in only 6 days I had my card! I was shocked how fast the turn around time was! I was counseled that it could take up to 30 days. Super impressed with Elevate and will recommend to everyone I know looking for care.
