After some research and messaging/texting with the owner/agent, I paid and was scheduled an teledoc appointment that day. Filled out two easy forms, connected and met with the doctor, had my letter of rec. that day or the next. I had already started my OMMA application, but if you pay an extra $25, Elevate Holistics will take care of everything for you. Would recommend.
