Really enjoyed the living experience at Eleven10 I really enjoyed living here the last four years! The location, the downtown views. Really made my experience in Dallas great.

I Do Not Recommend- Not the Experience Advertised for Long-Term Residents I'm posting here as a resident who lived at this property for nearly two years. Based on my experience, I have serious concerns about operations, parking enforcement, security, and how resident issues are handled. Parking enforcement has been a recurring problem. Vehicles are booted and towed by the property's vendor, Capital Tow. After my license plate was stolen on the property and management was notified, my vehicle was still booted and later towed.... read more

Fails to Handle Concerns I thought about moving here but after learning about the residents experiences, I chose somewhere else. management fails to effectively address residents' concerns and prioritizes profits over solutions

This place is TERRIBLE!!! If you enjoy living somewhere where you don't get sleep because most nights it sounds like you're living adjacent to a nightclub, where management will tell you anything just to not have to deal with an issue, where tenants are loud and inconsiderate, where packages are always stolen, hallways are dirty and cars are tampered with then this might be the place for you.

Boo you stink! First year, amazing! Years after, terrible, terrible, terrible. Eleven 10 used to be a very nice and fun community. The front office was highly communicative and helpful. The maintenance staff kept everything working and clean. People were nice. Now, it’s dangerous and you can tell no one in the front office wants to be there. We’ve changed management several times and now we’re stuck with some weirdos. The current managing staff change rules and add new fees on a whim. None of which are posted anywhere and yo... read more
