On January 1st 2016 we put an offer on our first home, and on February 9th, 2016, we were already stepping foot inside. Normally all home lenders and realtors give you the expectations of closing between 45-60 days, with a USDA loan we thought it would be even lengthier. We closed in less than 45 days and were very pleased with the service we received from Elia and her team.
