Fast customer service and professional. Listen to my situation and told me what I was to expect to happen. ElimiTix confirm that I wouldn’t have to go and stand in court for a ticket I got 3hrs. Away, that my representative would handle it and keep me up to date. ElimiTix is confident in what they do as they should be because they followed through with what they told me over the phone. I spoke with several attorneys, visited multiple sites. ElimiTix was recommended highly by a friend, and had outstanding reviews. They were professional, and very helpful. Rachel was great, answered all of my questions and followed up. The site was easy to navigate also. I uploaded a picture, input the details from my cellphone.
