DO NOT RISK your family member…Poor communication is the norm, dangerously so! Our mother moved in & we noted communication issues the 1st day. She was given food on the allergy list we provided at several meals. Thankfully we had a camera in her room so could circumvent some issues. We’d call in with appointments or shuttle requests, no one relayed to other staff.
