Office and staff as always very nice and professional. I do have one criicism though-after the THIRD reminder(emails, texts, more texts) it had to be enough-after that it really gets very annoying. But still love them!
I had a cleaning today at Dr Behn's office and I have never had a dental hygienist put so much effort and care into my teeth. She took her time explaining everything she was doing, paying attention to every nook and cranny...my teeth have never felt so clean!!!
I needed attn asap for a dental emergency, and I can't stress enough of how friendly and welcoming everyone was, and all done in a very timely manner I am very impressed with Dr Kossak and her entire staff, they have definitely won over a new patient!
Michelle is wonderful. Have been with her and Dr. Behn for many years! Love the new offices.
