This week my wife and I had our semi-annual checkups and cleanings. I felt compelled to finally review Elite Dental. My last visit to a dentist was a bad experience, so I had waited about a year and a half before I saw a dentist. I picked Elite Dental because they were in my insurance network, and they were close to where we are staying. I may appointments for my husband and me. When I went, they were very gentle and thorough. Liz was fantastic and the doctor (not sure who it was) was wonderful. Our appointment was one of the 1st on Friday morning. We were greeted with smiles. Everyone was very pleasant. When we were called back, everyone involved was very friendly and professional from start to finish. It was quite a change from our past dental office. We look forward to our next appointments.

I admit I get confused when too much data is coming at me but staff should have explained procedures better for me to be able to make a clear decision on coming a second day (the next day) for antibiotics that could have been done the same day. Second chance to explain again when I paid with a credit card that it wasn't costs but confusion. The next day the appt was incorrect remembered wrong and no attempt was made to include my husband in the appt or instructions.

My family and I have been going there for years. Dr. and staff are very patient and caring. Always a good experience. I also have referred many of my co-workers and they are happy as well.

I went to Dr. Kevin Ju in severe pain because another Dentist botched the initial job. Dr. Ju was gentle and explained everything that was going on. I would highly recommend Elite Dental.

I finally found a dentist I like. Dr.Ju is honest an caring. I was a nervous wreck going in, but Dr.Ju and his staff made me very comfortable.
