Abraham Chiasheng Fu Rich Dr Cheng is the worst Dr I even seen, I am a cancer patient and have lots of pain and needs to increas the dose for my pain medicine, I left several messages in two days and asked him to call me back to let me know the better dosage, but he just wanted me to wait until next appointment more than a week later and never called me back. Dr, Cheng ordered a pain medication for me and I had a rather severe reaction to it. I left 3 messages over 2 days asking that he contact me in order to change to a different medication. He never responded. I called to cancel my follow up appointment and was told that I wasn't on the schedule in spite of having a copy of my appointment confirmation. I sent a letter to him telling him of my disappointment with him and his staff, since I felt that I owed him an explanation of why I would not be returning.
The doctors here are fantastic. The huge problem is the office manager. She is ignorant. On top of that she is arrogant and incorrect. I've heard her being downright rude to clients. Worst customer service ever!!!!
The office manager has absolutely no clue how to run an office, deal with insurance or even speak with clients. If you enjoy being yelled at or treated extremely poor, then this is the place for you!
Consider this a strong WARNING against this doctor for any poor, unsuspecting patient in pain. This doctor is the worst of the worst. Avoid this place like the Plague; not a human being!!! He doesn't care about you, period.
