The installation crew was friendly, efficient, careful, thorough, and did a good job of cleaning up as the job progressed.
They were very professional and prompt. I was very busy with my work and ELITE staff was nice enough to called and set up everything with my HOA issues.
The company made sure I was informed about every step of the process. Installation went smooth and fast. I love the quality of my doors.
It didn t turn out the way we were led to believe, but it is OK.

It is good experience but they just need to be more proactive instead of reactive . They need to work on their follow up With the customer and not leave the customer in limbo apart from that the service was excellent
We hired Elite Remodeling to replace our leaking roof. Bob came out to our house and helped us choose the right roofing for our townhouse. We were so impressed with Elite Remodeling and how they care for their customers that we hired them to install a new front door for us also. I would recommend Elite Remodeling to anyone I know.
