Arborist was phenomenal, very professional, prompt, timely, took his time to explain and answer questions. Crews were good, timely, professional, prompt, cleaned up debris from work they performed. Supervisor of crew was rude with homeowner, seemed annoyed with any contact with homeowner, challenged homeowner about what arborist had explained to them, seemed angry much of the time he was on homeowner property.
