I saw her creativity and imagination (all legal and aboveboard) working its magic on another loan, me being a CPA seeing this. I decided to use her on my own loan. Beth was communicative and forward thinking. At the last moment, she felt my thinking the price was too high, and on her own without asking, lowered what she could, exactly so it was palatable.
