Dr. Rock released both my 16 year old daughter and I from her care because she could not diagnose either of us after multiple tests and exams extending over two years. We were diagnosed by another Gastroenterology practice shortly after our first visit. Rock is horrid and has no bed-side manner.
I have never seen her in her office, only for procedures and she was ok. However, the office is a pain in the neck(am trying hard to be polite here!) to get a hold of and don't hold your breath if you are expecting a call back. Staff has been abrupt and questions rarely get answered!! I waited 5 days for a call back, which I never got so had to call them again. Their pat answer is, "we're short staffed".
