My sister took our family tortoise there because she wasn’t feeling good. The “vet” Tessa Morgan who was supposed to know about reptiles and tortoise ran no tests, no X-rays, nothing even though my sister thought she had a blockage and even expressed this to her and she just dismissed her concerns. I have spent alot of money for my two dogs and their well being. My little dog just die over the weekend. He was cremated. The doctor that giving his care DID NOT even know he had passed away. One of his patients I would think HE WOULD KNOW. I came to pick up my dogs ashes .... first the lady didn't know when I said the pets name.. finally I said that he had DIED "trying not to be emotional!!" When the told me I could drop off my cat to get fixed they forgot to tell me I had to wait to talk to a tech. If I had known this I would of been ready for work and brought the kids in with me. Then when I came to pick her up I waited with another lady for almost 45-50 minutes. The tech said they were supposed to let her know when someone has been waiting for 10-15 minutes. I will Not be taking my little guy back to this place. If he wasn't just out of his procedure and sedated I would of drove the 4 hours picked him up and bring him back up to Boise to be looked at overnight by his vet up here. Everyone knows my little ones are my World and I would do anything for them. So for Suzie at this office to give me attitude when I call to check on him is very unprofessional and just Rude. Ok update! 1st DON'T EVER take your fur babies to Elko vet clinic!!! We had our dog there at 9:30am,drove 3 hrs, well by 2:30 we hadn't heard anything from them so we went out to see how things were coming. Well they wanted 600.00 to clean teeth, neuter, blah ,blah, we said what bout the abscess?? O well its cheaper if we do a " neuter package!!! My hubby said it's cheaper to knock him out neuter, clean teeth. Then to just knock him out & take care of the reason we brought him in here for?? OK I normally don't get on the "P... read more
