Overall my experience was pleasant, I received excellent care, the staff was friendly and professional, and the Doctor was/is amazing!
I always have the best experience no matter who is taking care of me. Staff is extremely professional and friendly. I have some anxiety surrounding dentistry and Dr. Pacleb and her staff make me feel comfortable and safe every time. By far the best dental experience I've ever had. I highly recommend this office.
By far the best experience anywhere, hands down! I was impressed by how clean the office and exam areas are. I love when I get to observe sanitation happening on instruments and equipment. Also appreciated that I didn't feel like I was being sold a bunch of services. I had a full exam, then cleaning, and a consult this week. I've worked in hospitality for years, and I can appreciate great customer service. I left thinking I should recommend this office to everyone I know.
