The staff at this community is outstanding. They have gone over and above to for me and my loved one. The community is clean and bright. The food is delicious and nutritious and there is a variety. I would recommend this community to others.

Pacifica is not that great, but is the best Ellensburg has to offer. My dad's laundry is picked up inconsistently and he will end up missing clothes and being given clothes that are not his. There are very few snacks and not much variety in meals or snacks. This is not what was advertised when we did our tour. I have checked out other places in WA and AZ and they offer more for less. Pay employees better so they don't have such a high turnover

However, the team here at Pacifica Ellensburg are committed to provide our residents care that is both safe and enjoyable so that they can be free to live their best lives. Our laundry system is carefully handled by staff individually and is never mixed with other residents, so If ever we were to receive a complaint it could be fixed easily. The tour was okay, and I liked it well enough to select them. So we got all her furniture moved in, which was quite an ordeal. But then they denied her at the last minute saying she didn't have enough money.

If you are thinking of placing your loved one at Pacifica please read this review! I hope to save families from the heartbreak we have had endured! I don’t even know where to start. My sweet 96-year-old grandmother has endured bedbugs, filth and complete isolation. Not to mention the fact that the Pacifica staff never once let us know that my grandma was going downhill fast. The RA's work very hard. The managers, nurse supervisor and most of the administrative staff are horribly rude, hostile, and rigid. They act like we are children and they constantly come up with on the spot rules which are unfair to the residents.
