I'm originally from a city called Baton Rouge, in the state of Louisiana. I moved to Maryland to be with my daughter and with that I knew I had to find new providers. With the need of a new dentist, I ran across Ellicott City Smile Care. My first visit, the staff was very pleasant and professional. When I met with Dr. Levy, I didn't have any doubt that I would feel comfortable to have him as my dentist. Those who are looking for a dentist, one you can trust, I highly recommend Dr. Stephen Levy. Went in with pain. Saw me next day at 7AM. Needed a root canal which they did not do but referred me to two root canal specialists recommending one over the other. The one thy recommended scheduled me for 230 the next day, then called me back to see if I could come in immediately. Excellent service.
The hygienist was very nice and was good with the tools to not cause me much pain
On time, communicated throughout cleaning, flossing, fluoride and examination. Recommendations from previous visit for water pick, electric tooth brush and prescription toothpaste made 6 month visit issue free!!!
I moved but still come to Dr. Levy because he's the only dentist that can numb me correctly. I have had so many problems with not getting numb and Dr. Levy does a great job and believes me when I say I'm not completely numb or the numbing is wearing off, where other dentists did not believe me. I also like how he calls me "Buddy" and his assistants always tap my shoulder to comfort me when I get the numbing. He does great work and his staff are all really nice.
Everyone was fantastic, they make you very comfortable and at home. This was my first dentist visit in awhile and they made it a great experience. I will be back for future appointments.
The dentist explain the procedure, provided recommendations, friendly and answered all of my questions in detail.

Just had a same day crown and fits perfectly! Dr Levy explains everything and is very knowledgeable and skilled. Impressive high tech dental office with state of the art equipment providing accuracy, comfort and quality treatment.
