His professional demeanor, and was also personable stood out to me. He was good at explaining the procedures he had to perform.
Staff was very nice and helpful. Went back to the examining room fifteen minutes before my appointment. Dr Hardy was great. Very good exam. I was very happy with my experience seeing him for the first time as a new patient.
