I went through Elliot when I completed the refinance of my home. I relied on him for his commitment to the agreed upon timetable, communication throughout the process, and willingness to go up the ladder when we hit a snag with the appraisal. I have no reservations about referring him to other prospective and current homeowners.

AMAZING...that about sums up Elliot and his team at West Coast Mortgage Group. We met Elliot when we bought our first home in Portland in 2005. He was fair and honest with us and worked hard to meet our needs. He always stayed in touch every now and then to check in and see if we had any new mortgage needs. I have used West Coast Mortgage Group three times--first to do my original mortgage and than for two refinances. Elliot is simply the Best!! He is very personable, honest, professional and communicates with you throughout the whole process. A 5 Star rating is very unusual for me to rate anyone. However, in Elliot West's, (West Coast Mortgage Group) case the 5 Stars are easily justified based on his approximately 16 years in the mortgage refinancing and new mortgage origination business. You simply can't do better than West Coast Mortgage Group. Over multiple home purchases (and a refi) Elliot and his team have been consistently awesome to work with.Clear/timely communication, deep product knowledge, and a great work ethic only begin to describe why they'll be the strongest asset in your home buying team. I only wish we'd found them sooner. There's no company I'd feel more comfortable referring on to friends and family.
