Everything!. Mostly, I recommend Dr. BOBO, who is the best vet I have ever taken any of my dogs to, over the decades. Thorough, knowledgeable, gentle, caring, listens, understands your concerns and explains and treats those concerns. She is honest, in a kindly manner, when giving her diagnosis, and follows through with you during treatment and available, as much as possible for help. Helpful and happy staff, very willing to explain what results mean, show x-rays etc. I told The Dr about the nickname for our cat and she said she'd inform the staff. It's the little things.
