There just aren’t enough words to describe the utter awesomeness of Elysium Health and Wellness. The building is surrounded by trees and has a large atrium. It doesn’t feel like a medical office building. Certainly, Elysium feels more like a home or a spa than a doctor’s office. Dr. Elliott is the most competent and empathetic primary care physician that I have ever had, and his office is very comfortable, unlike the sterile confines of most doctor’s offices. He and his staff take the “dread” out of a doctor visit. I have survived a serious illness thanks to his thorough diagnosis. I trust him, and I highly recommend him.
Worst provider experience I’ve ever had. This practice, including Dr. Elliott, PA Brandon Haverfield, and the practice manager Lakeesha, has shown no regard for patient care. I had an ongoing insurance issue with my Cigna plan, which I worked hard to resolve by coordinating directly with Included Health and Cigna. Despite having a prior authorization approved as in-network, they refused to help, dismissed me as a patient, and insisted my insurance was substandard and out-of-network.
