Excellent customer service! So, change of plans. Projector was not working, so no movie. Emagine more than compensated us. Refunded the $20 we spent on popcorn and drinks, refunded the tickets AND gave us 2 free passes for another movie. That is customer service. Thank you Emagine.
The seats are great but I miss the heated seat feature.
Thai theater is awsome! The staff is helpful and awsome! The seats are soo comfortable I almost wanna fall asleep lol the popcorn is the best in the state! Love love this theater I think it’s number 1 in Michigan ! The managers are cool and helpful! I go there almost every week!!
