I love going to movies and Emagine in Frankfort is super convenient for me. I only have 2 issues. #1 we purchased 4 tickets on the Emagine website except we didnt get confirmation of the purchase so we thought it didn't go through. We ended up having to go to Fandango to purchase the tickets AND pay fees. The next day when I checked my bank account, I had been charged for BOTH Emagine and Fandango. I called the theater and spoke to manager (Dave I think) and he said I should call Fandango to try to get money and fees back b... read more

I bought tickets for “Black Panther” about a week in advance via the app. Went inside to see other people sitting on our seats. That’s when I realized that I had the dates mixed up and had bought tickets for Thursday instead of Friday. Opened the app and bought 3 more tickets for the last show, then walked to the front and asked if they could do anything about it. I was not expecting anything...
