My husband and I often go to Emagine Novi and there's been some great updates to the place recently, though not without a few bumps along the way. To be honest, the concession stand process was horrible when they first renovated. I won't go into great detail since I believe other reviewers will easily tell you that it was a nightmare. Just moved up to the area from Florida, and Emagine is superior to the movie theater chained down there. The main lobby was clean, my husband bought etickets but it was confusing where to go to check your ticket. They apparently only check them in the actual showing room, which I found odd. The recliners are amazing. The bathrooms were a tad smelly and there was water leaking on the floor in one stall, and a broken door closer on the other.
