I was very pleased. The Emagine Palladium never disappoints with cleanliness. The Black Panther movie and the venue made it quite an EXPERIENCE for my Family to enjoy. The only reason this was not rated a 5, is because in theatre #3 the movie was scheduled to run at 10:50 pm .... and did not start until 11:20 . What was the cause of the delay? You guys offered no explanation.

Great experience, but I was very sad my caramel popcorn tasted burnt � I should have brought it back, but didn’t want to miss the movie over it. Loved everything else about this theatre though!!

Very nice theater! Staff was friendly and the seats are really comfortable!
