Wonderful customer service. Went to see the 630pm Frozen 2 tonight. About 5 mins into the movie something happened with the projector or something. The employees announced to the just about sold out theater that there was an issue and they’d have to move all of us to a different theater. They escorted us all and we were all in our new seats in less than 10 minutes. They were quick to solve the problem and seemed to feel bad for the inconvenience, though wasn’t a huge deal to us. We love going to Emagine Theatres with family and friends. We love the clean environment and appreciate the friendly staff. Its more than just a theater, its a place to make memories. We saw Frozen II last night with our four-year-old daughter and had a blast. I know going to theaters isn't cheap these days, but in doing so, we will choose Emagine evey time! Thanks Emagine!!
