I would not have purchased this property without a lender who was competent and had a "we do not give up" attitude. I was extremely tired and felt defeated. I had so many outside issues going on that I was having a hard time focusing on purchasing the property. Emelda kept me on track and provided advice that helped me after I closed. This was a longer process then necessary due to the first buyers loan officer. Emelda kept me calm and kept me in the loop about what was going on. When that deal fell through, she was right there to help me through the deal where I finally closed on my house. She was just as involved in helping understand the changes in interest rates.
