We lost our loan last minute from a major bank in the middle of escrow, right after paying for a home inspection which should be criminal. It happens routinely from the major banks and was told ours was far from the worst that Emelia has had to come and rescue from the same bank. Emelia picked up exactly where the major bank failed and left us without any hiccups or bumps in the road and at a lower loan rate.
