A large toe joint needed repair, there was a painful bump in the ball of my foot, and two bad hammer toes.Dr Ricciardi used staples instead of screws to fuse the big toe joint. I felt like the toe was more stable with the staples and felt it healed faster than previous surgeries using a screw to fuse the bones. It is is five weeks later and I am wearing a shoe. The hammer toes are straight, the painful bump is gone, and the first time in Year’s I am without pain in my right foot.

I saw him 3 times and he couldn't remember my history with the 2nd and 3rd time. I had ZERO relief from the 2, yes 2! injections but didn't hesitate to sell me shoe inserts, foot splint, air cast. Wanted me to do a custom ortho and then suggested that if this injection didn't work, my only option is a $1,200. stem cell injection. Made an appointment with another DPM and had relief after the 1st injection for plantar fasciitis. Do not give this Dr your money.

Worst care I’ve ever received. Half the time he couldn’t remember my history. Nurses were nice. Reception uncaring.

I came to see Dr Ricciardi with pain in my foot. He very quickly told me that I needed 6 laser treatments. Then I was told my insurance didn't cover a laser treatment and I would have to pay $$$ for it. I asked if there were any other options and was told no. I've already started calling other doctors to get another opinion. The entire office seemed very upset with me when I didn't want to try his expensive laser.
