I had to take my beagle there on Memorial Day and they were very upfront about the initial cost before I even signed or filled out any paperwork. I appreciated that a lot. They took fantastic care of my baby and were very positive about her after care and even followed up with my vet later. I will absolutely use them again ♡
Thanks to all at the Emergency Pet Hospital, it was a very difficult time dealing with a heartbreaking situation but everyone showed so much compassion and care. Very blessed to have such a caring group of people during such a terrible time. Thanks to each and everyone who helped us, again I will be forever grateful.

Business response:
We are very sorry that this has happened to your pet, however; we have search through our records and are unable to find you or your pet in our system. We did not treat any pet as you have described within the week previous to your review. Again, we are deeply sorry for loss.

Today another facility repeated the chest x-rays, he has bilateral pleural effusions and multiple lung masses. Incurable cancer. I will never recommend this Emergency Vet to anyone for anything. If you can’t dictate a simple x-ray what kind of people do you have working there? This is why I was skeptic that they wouldn’t let us in the door w... read more
