Arrived today at 11:12 for appointment at 11:20. Checked in was quick and easy. Got called back and taken to a room. Had paper work to fill out. No problem. Problem is I was in that room for 45 minutes and never saw the doctor or anyone else. I left. Gave the paperwork to the front desk and told them I do not have time to wait any longer. Worst experience ever.
RecommendedI can recommend the Apex location, as they were the soul of courtesy and compassion. However, when I was referred to their Brier Creek location, I was refused service due to a discrepancy with a worker’s compensation claim. The staff at the Brier Creek location were rude, flippant, and uncaring...even though I tried to go through all their records with them, to resolve the issue, I was sent away with no relief. I know they don’t care, but I will not be returning.
