after going to my primary doctor last Tuesday. They would not let me in the office. They did two nose swabs in my nose. My primary suspected Covid. I told her I was not running a fever. I even called my primary on Thursday and beg them for medicines. They told me it had to run its course. I felt like I was treated in a Third World country. I know my body better than anyone. Emily was fantastic. She took the time to connect with me before driving into health issues. She really listened to me and provided options, taking my opinions and experience into consideration before we came to a plan together. I definitely recommend her to anyone, and I will absolutely go back to her with any medical question.
NP Shantafelt is a great health care provider. I first saw her last December when I was nor well at all.. She listens vert well and explains treatment and such even better. Per personality is wonderful! She is my NP for life!
was there for a physical, she was professional and honest, she ordered lab tests in which the i was contacted by the staff of the results and the doctors recommendations.
Emily is a super primary provider! She remembers me when I come in and is very supportive of my input and concerns
Emily was amazing. For now on I will be requesting her as my dr. She was fun and made my appt feel comfortable and kept it light and fun in moments that weren’t so fun. Very knowledgeable and let me know what was happening the entire appt and week as I had to come in daily for a few days.
