Dr. Shanafelt truly listened and addressed all of my questions. I had an urgent health concern and she made sure it was taken care of quickly and calmly. Very refreshing to find a Doctor that is knowledgeable, caring, and fast at handling issues. Thank you Dr. Shanafelt!

after going to my primary doctor last Tuesday. They would not let me in the office. They did two nose swabs in my nose. My primary suspected Covid. I told her I was not running a fever. I even called my primary on Thursday and beg them for medicines. They told me it had to run its course. I felt like I was treated in a Third World country. I know my body better than anyone. Emily took time to understand the concerns, responding with care and understanding. She explained the treatment and home care in set so that I understood.
Emily was very compassionate as always and took her time to get my concerns taken care of and went the extra mile for me!!!!

Emily was fantastic. She took the time to connect with me before driving into health issues. She really listened to me and provided options, taking my opinions and experience into consideration before we came to a plan together. I definitely recommend her to anyone, and I will absolutely go back to her with any medical question.
