Great place to get strength back in the elderly. My Mom has been here before after a couple strokes and was doing great when she left. This time she got down from having the flu and pneumonia. The Staff is Awesome. I don't think I've every been anywhere that's the Staff was so caring of the people and their needs. They are very friendly and know there job well. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From Me and a BIG Applause 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 To the Staff.

The therapists were great, so if you don't have to stay there and can make trips, that's good. However, this place is absolutely horrible. Nurses (other than two I encountered), aides, and techs (other than one I encountered) are extremely rude and pushy and do not help. You can't sleep because 24/7 you hear call buzzers and chair alarms. You hear all of the loud televisions or music from people who are practically deaf or those who like their volume loud. Not a good experience. Hopeful that we will get a survey or a call to be able to voice concerns about the dissatisfaction of our experience.

FYI: After the kitchen staff repeatedly sent my husband the wrong tray tonight, the CEO was called. The CEO came to fix the food issue, but never showed his face. Sent word through the nurse that he couldn't find the key to the kitchen. The nurse stood in here crying because she didn't have anything to feed Hubby. So, my diabetic/kidney/heart patient of a Hubby did NOT have dinner tonight. The CEO is not only a liar, but a coward as well.
