This remarkable rehab center and hospital is totally exceptional. I was with them for a couple of weeks after suffering, a stroke and sepsis. The atmosphere at self is very welcoming and warming and makes you. feel better. The staff is Exceptional and the equipment is phenomenal. There is absolutely nothing bad that I could say about this place. I am convinced that I would not be here if they had not accepted me as a patient.

I understand that everyone's medical needs are different, and people will respond to treatment differently based on their own needs and experiences. Cumming Encompass has a lot of kinks. Plainly, the patients DO NOT come first. A few examples: 1. Repeatedly patients complained of it being cold yet the Nurses and PT staff keep the inside temperatures to their liking at 68F. These patients had a stroke and they need peace and comfort as they recover and rehab. 2. Patients are released well before they are ready, and case management provides little to no support, information or guidance.
