My experience here was very pleasant! The staff helpful and happy- I didn't feel like when I asked for things I was interrupting anyone they were quick to help,

A few weeks ago my MIL fell a few times within a few days. She lives in a private assisted living home. She was seen at the hospital. It was suggested she go to a rehab to help build some strength. She has been at Encompass. Since being there (2 weeks) she has been incontinent, not feeding herself and barely moving. She got covid. She has lost so much weight. Send your older loved ones here to get Covid, you can’t visit but their workers can give you covid.

Absolutely no I do not recommend. The therapist are great. The Techs , great. The nursing staff, terrible. My mother has been in there for 2 weeks and has had 2 showers, because no one will assist her to get into the shower. I FaceTime her and she is laying on a bare mattress with no sheet, no one will help. All they care about is medication administration and vital signs. you don't tend to your patience,you leave them in soiled diapers,The food is not fit for a dieing dog. they don't clean them up and definitely don't listen to what that the patience want cause are they lazy

My poor mother is discharging herself to home due to poor patient care! I do not recommend the place to anyone, we may sue
