Not sure yet on this company, faculty or facility. My mother in-law taken here yesterday and they are very unresponsive. Left three message to have a doctor or nurse call us with nothing. When we did get a hold her nurse, she was somewhat rude, semi helpful, and clearly wanted off the phone. Covid has made all this extremely difficult not just on the patient but for the family too. We are hoping this gets better as this is a long haul for her there. Encompass please follow up with us. We are very concerned.

Was told rest day today No therapy. Adjusted my pain medicine. At 7am today was told there were no admissions yesterday so I was changed to meet THERE requirements. Is it a matter of salaries? I refused now I will have therapy on 4th of July. Another salary issue?
