My partner in life got kicked in the head by a horse which caused her to lose use of both legs. She came to Encompass Rehab Hospital in Murrieta, CA and she was still very sick and weak from the pain medications that was causing her to vomit. After three days they finally got her on Tramadol which did not make her sick. Then they put her on a new antibiotic through her IV Which made her weak and sick and she vomited again. First let me state, the staff was good, they did what they were supposed to and put up with a lot from our loved one - yes he was unbearable! He went through alot please understand that also. But this has to be said: Our loved one was here. He should've never been discharged - it was obvious he wasn't ready! This after being there barely 2 weeks after major surgery and he was rapidly discharged because of an issue with health insurance. We understand always about ensuring the payments. This place was good as far as the care however the therapy staff is very unprofessional. One of the the therapists Thalia was very rude and incompetent!
