A recent stay at the Parkersburg, WV site left my loved one with a broken leg for which the facility denied any fall but yet there we are. Be cause we cannot prove the incident happened there even though our family member walked into the facility. Accordingly, no legal recourse is available. Do not take your loved ones there nor go there yourself as you may regret it. Go elsware even if the location is inconvenient for you.

I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone! TERRIBLE care and the most rude and clueless staff members I've EVER dealt with! They rarely answer their phone and IF they do answer & tell you they will call back, they RARELY do. If you talk to two different staff members, both will tell you complete opposite information. DONT take your family to this poor excuse for rehab!

Would not recommend. Pushing a loved one out the door too soon, while COVID positive. Literally just put into isolation Sunday afternoon and want her to come home tomorrow, coughing and able to spread this through our family… (Also, a family member visited the two days prior to the COVID diagnosis and was not called or notified of the positive exposure!)
