Ive been in several rehab facilities the last 3 years and the Nursing staff here in Petersburg is the absolute worst. Everyone on staff don't care about your concerns.
The Nursing department is the worst … If your total care love one is asleep they don’t turn or change is what the nurse told me.My familymember was left not turned or provided with any incont care care for 5 hours and 15 minutes..And the CEO is an JOKE…We the family should have went with Sheltering Arms our 1st choice this place was more convenient for the family..They couldn’t take care of MY DOG please stay away from this establishment

My mother; Gloria Payne told me that she is trying her best with physical therapy, but that isn't good enough for Meredith. Has she ever broken a hip and had surgery?? There was an argument in the gym today because of this PT, her attitude sucks! My mother is 79 years old for goodness sake..slowly making progress is still progress! I realize it may be hard, maybe even make you sore/tired...but she was crying from all the pain. Doesn't sound like they are managing her pain consistently. Two years ago, this place was great. I didn't care for Health south Petersburg Va. My mother had and appointment and I took her. My mother release date was March 6. But after I took her to her appointment her release date changed to Feb28. I felt like they kicked her out. I don't care for her case manager and the new doctor in charge. Our mother will never go there any more. I love the staff. Think about taken your family there.
