Impressive state of the art facility. From transport from the hospital to dismissal, 5 star. OT/PT therapist were very knowledgeable. Possessed exceptional motivation and people skills. Clean and oder free. I definitely recommend Encompass.

Amazing staff and care. Exceptional physical therapy. My 14 day stay for broken hip recovery was the best that could be expected. Clean facility, caring staff. 5 stars all the way

I broke my hip on 6/19/2025 and after the replacement surgery I was transferred to Encompass health in Prosper. I'm 100% disabled Veteran and when I told the representative from Encompass that handled the transfer, I told her I did not have part B on Medicare, and she said no problem because most of the costs are covered by Part A Medicare which is not true. She refused to use my VA coverage because it was hard to get a referral, but the claim was already approved for the accident and there was no need to get another refer... read more
