Excellent care, great staff, and very good food. Physical therapy is excellent. Clean and updated facilities.

This facility came highly recommended to us by "A PLACE FOR MOM" associate. I never could have asked for more after a horrible experience at another facility in MATTHEWS, NC. This was 40 miles away but would recommend this place if it was 140 miles away. CARING COMPASSIONATE AND A TOP NOTCH ENTIRE TEAM. Nothing I asked for for my mother was an issue. I can't tell you what a wonderful experience this was in such a troubling health crisis time for my family. 10*

We had a great experience at Encompass following mom's hip fracture. There were a few people who made the experience exceptional: Kayla, RN and Darius the tech and Jon the PT were all exceptional. Additionally, Drs. Craft and Beesley were so good we wanted to bring them home with us! Everyone worked with mom to help her regain strength. The facility was clean and the meals were decent. I cannot give this facility enough praise! From the minute we entered the energy and enthusiasm of every staff member we encountered was amazing! I have never experienced so many people that are truly invested in the outcome of their patients. After suffering a massive stroke my partner was in 3 other facilities and outpatient home therapy before we found Encompass Health. I've been trying to reach them for three days. They don't answer the phone. The admissions line, nor the referral line. Now I'm just calling random numbers. No answer!
