Never in my life have I been so disappointed in a facility. Called after 9:00 pm to be informed that my mother’s belongings cannot stay because of a report by Tidal Health. That she can only have items with the tags on them bought new. First, the reason she can’t have them came from the ambulance or Tidal Health, not my mother’s apartment. I had a 9:45 appt and wasn't seen till 11:30.a hour and 45 minutes waiting for a 15 minute visit with doctor .
