RecommendedThe only reason that I gave them only 4 and not 5 was last night when I was there to see my mom they didn't come to help her to the bathroom so she had to take herself. They did come after she was in there, but that was only because they were REALLY BUSY. That is the ONLY time it happen. Other then that they are great friendly and nice it is great and my mom just may be home sooner than they thought. I really hope that I don't ever have to update this.
