When my grandma first got there I thought it was a friendly place, my opinion changed COMPLETELY by the time she was released. So sad that the place that’s supposed to help your loved one was little to no help at all. The lack of care and the fact that we had to call the nurses to do their job on multiple occasions was unprofessional. One nurse was rough WHILE my aunt was there.
