I had dreaded coming here, but was I ever wrong. I am actually enjoying it. Everyone is so friendly & nice. The food is really_ good. There is a good ratio of employees to help patients. I would recommend Health South to anyone.

August 1, 2017. Burned into my soul forever. This is the day you took my father away from his family. He died on the cold hard bathroom floor alone. That's what I will remember about his death...he was alone. Basic nursing skills didn't exist with his stay.

My dad was admitted on the 4th of July and one week later they still haven't put in his score on his progress report for the family to see but they did tell us that he was being discharged in 2days he is still not capable of being alone walking around without supervision and his muscles in his legs are still not strong enough to support him and balance him. We tried to appeal but Medicare will discharge him that same day without thinking twice about it. Talk about quality of Care system

After visiting with mom on the back patio at rehab, I rang the doorbell for ten minutes and called on the phone for 8 minutes and pounded on the door we FINALLY got someone to take her to her room!!!!!!! Hope they ask for a survey :) :) :( :(
