I will forever sing the praises of this outstanding Rehabilitation Hospital and Outpatient Rehab. They are caring and professional. Thanks to their encouragement and hard work I reached my goals and full recovery in 6 weeks.

With an exception of Courtney, Andy, Dan and sweet ladies at reception desk, I don't have a single good thing to say about this horrible place. Poor quality at every turn. My Dad went straight from Encompass to ER. Extreme dehydration, torn meniscus due to a fall there and "nutrition"was like prison food. For anyone trying to recover PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! Thank God we pulled him out or he would not have survived. Still in Methodist recovering from the Encompetence of Encompass. Yes... We are filling a formal complain with ... read more

My mother died after her fall at this facility, they admit that they were at fault but have not paid my grieving 85 year old father one cent! BEWARE!!!

This place is horrible my Mother fell in therapy she was not wearing her belt. The doctors are great it's a few of the nurses well let's just say this is definitely not their calling! The physical therapy no communication in between each other. When my Mother fell every time I walked out of my Mothers room they were standing around gossiping about us so unprofessional! My 80 year old Mother was afraid that they were mad at her because she fell! They rushed her to eat to go to therapy it's sad that this place even is open the... read more
